Hey, super nice to have the chance to chat with you. What have you been up to over the past year in this big old mess?

Recording, recording, recording – we have been very busy with completing our debut album “Brothers in Mind”. It is nearly finalized and will be released later this year via Epictronic.

I’m very interested in how you started your adventure with music, and did you know from the beginning that this is what you wanted to do?

Yes, for both of us music has always been a big part of our lives. We met in the early 2000ers being bandmates in the indierockband “The Pampelmuse”

Congrats on your new release, ‘Read About It’. Can you give us some insight into it?

It is a song about artistry and a tribute to all those artists (and not limited to those who became famous and inspired us and millions of other people) who have poured their heart and soul into their beautiful art and in such an uncompromising way that no energy remained for dealing with normal life and enjoying it, so you could say that their art and sometimes also the desire to be acknowledged for it, created a shadow over their own lives and this shadow slowly consumed them.

What are you doing to ensure you continue to grow and develop as an artist?

We see this very “organic”, so the growing comes as a natural part of our lives and we write songs about all those things that inspire us.

What should we expect from your next releases in terms of style and sound? How different are they going to be compared to your previous works?

The songs from our debut album are all in the same kind of synth-rock sound. We see albums like a novel, they tell you a story. Maybe the next album will have a slightly different sound, but we’ll see.

Where are you based? Can you tell us how the music scene there has inspired your sound at all?

We are based in Berlin but I wouldn’t say that the Berlin Music Scene has inspired us, although we love this city.

If you could perform at any venue in the world, where would it be and why?

Knebworth and no need to explain why.

Can we expect a new EP or an album from you in the near future?

Our debut album “Brothers in Mind” will be released in Q4 this year via Epictronic.

Finally, have you got anything to share regarding upcoming gigs, and what have you got planned for the rest of 2023?

We are still with full engines working on completion of our debut album – that will be our main focus for the remainder of 2023 and of course we’ll aim to spread the word and get us some great live gigs in the calendars for 2024.
